ChairmanSimon is a retired man with high profile during his career after studying. After finishing Diploma course in business studies in National College of Business Nakawa/UGANDA he first worked with Auditors (Central Accountants and Associates).

Dr. Gatabazi Emmanuel Thomas
Dr. Emmanuel Thomas Gatabazi is a seasoned, high profile Finance and Banking professional, with a vast knowledge of financial management, institutions and banking. He is a former Executive in charge of Rwanda Public Financial Management (PFM) reforms and PFM Trust Fund with donor contribution from the World Bank, EU and DFID and later on oversaw the PFM basket fund that was established by PFM Donor Group. He was responsible for the coordination of all PFM reforms across the country including fund raising for and managing the activities under the PFM trust fund.
For the past 25 years he has held a variety of positions including lecturer, director of finance, accountant general supervising two directorates, public accounts and national treasury, vice-rector in charge of administration and finance of a Government University and as a Senior Bank official. Dr Gatabazi got his PhD from the University of Fort Hare, his thesis investigated why SMEs don't get adequate bank financing and has an MBA specialising in Finance, he holds a certification in Financial Programming and Policies, Corporate Governance, Risk management and Financial Modelling.
Aaron IRERA
AccountantAaron is an accounting professional holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Rwanda and practical experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, tax compliance, financial operations, and internal controls. He is continuously building his professional experience and strengthening his expertise in accounting and financial management. He aims to advance his career by taking on greater responsibilities and contributing to strong financial performance. His long-term goal is to grow into a highly skilled finance professional and take on leadership roles in the accounting and finance field.
Angelique Kubwimana
Credit ManagerKubwimana Angelique is a dedicated Credit Manager with expertise in credit analysis, loan processing, and client relationship management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the University of Rwanda, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in finance, risk management, and customer service. Prior to her current role, she gained valuable industry experience at I&M Bank, where she developed a solid grounding in banking operations and credit practices. Building on this foundation, she now specializes in assessing clients' financial capacity, evaluating collateral, and structuring loan agreements that effectively balance client needs with institutional requirements. Angelique is known for her analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to sound credit decision-making, making her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues in the lending process.
